About

Originally hailing from the northeast my journey into the vast world of materials and forecasting began back in my hometown of Boston where I attended the Massachusetts College of Art and Design as a fashion major. After two years of study my growing interests in materials and trend motivated me to transfer to The Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC where I received a B.S in Textile Development and Marketing in 2017. Following my undergraduate degree I currently work for a global consulting and trend forecasting agency as a Materials Director. Three years post undergrad while working remotely within the industry I decided to follow my professional passions once again all the way down the coast and enrolled into NC State's Masters of Textile Science program. Having recently completed an expedited track to a masters of science in 2021 I’m beyond blessed to be on a never-ending journey of learning, collaborating, curiosity and creating with materials and trend.
